Starting from 2021, gragually replace the old controller to the new controller, the different will be
- Old controller OS system need ghost if the power shut down without standard procedure and it suddenly crash the memory location for the software. New controller with new OS reduce this chance and avoid the ghost risk.
The new OS system start from version V32 and old system is V31, V21 ,V20
- New controller have SATA of 2G memory , the old system only 512M DOM
- New controller have two USB plug another USB plug for USB keyboard purpose and old controller only one USB and one PS2 plug, PS2 plug for Keyboard purpose.
- New controller have Ethernet option and old one didn’t have
- New controller operation speed faster than old controller, no lag in simulation moving on the screen
- New controller software add fast rotary marking function with full screen of 360 degree view.
We have four types of the pin holder in our pin marking machine. The standard one is SK23 for heavy and middle light duty pin marking application. Normally the pin angle is 90 degree.
The second one is medium light pin with the pin to work on the aluminum plate and stainless steel for nameplate and small letter like 1.5 to 3 mm letter height. Normally the angle is 60 degree and marking frequency is very high therefore can work on faster speed or high resolution marking. The third one is light pin to work on the very thin material like aluminum foil or plate.
The forth one is very heavy pin, it works on the deep marking and hard material. The pin angle is special grind one for long life. It normally works on 5 mm above letter height.
Beside of SMF-6D small size patent laser, do you have long life and small size same laser for big power ?
We have new release SME-20TM laser with similar function of SMF-6D but bigger power , it goes to 20W and the size is same as SMF-6D. SMF-6D and SME-20TM will be our economic laser system for general customer application in flexible production.
Economic laser system is used for flexible production in a long range of material, like steel, aluminum, copper, plastic etc. It has small pulse width capability with high peak power can use in thin and heavy material marking. The system controller should integrate with embeded PC and 10.4’ monitor , just use keyboard and mouse can work in marking.
Max. production laser use to integrate in production line, the monitor is separeated outside, it provide two type of controller, one with embedde PC and another with separaeted PC. Software also have two type, one is standard Marco 5.1 and another is special production system software.
Yes, we have option Marco 6.1 vision software that can integrate the Max production laser with CCD and vision for vision marking.
We have three type of the integration system that we can provide to the customer
- Without motion, just use CCD to check the right position and marking in the exact same position
- With motion, with rotary or X,Y,Z three axis motion to the position and check by the CCD to mark in right place.
- Add verification, with another CCD to verification the marking result.
